Phoot: Fox Chapel Publishing<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"recipe-card\"><\/p>\n<h3>Crab Rangoon Grilled Cheese<\/h3>\n<p class=\"servings\">Makes 1 serving<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 wonton wrappers<\/li>\n<li>2 slices sourdough bread<\/li>\n<li>4 slices provolone cheese<\/li>\n<li>Crab Rangoon filling<\/li>\n<li>Scallions, chopped (for garnish)<\/li>\n<li>Melted butter and oil (for cooking)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pan-fry the wonton wrappers in hot oil and place on a paper towel to drain prior to starting the sandwich. You can use egg roll wrappers if you have a hard time finding wonton wrappers.<\/p>\n<p>Heat the griddle to 350\u00b0F.<\/p>\n<p>Using a pastry brush, butter one side of each slice of bread. Place the buttered sides down on the griddle. Put two slices of cheese on each slice of bread.<\/p>\n<p>When the cheese has started to melt, on one slice of bread place about 3 Tbsp. of the crab Rangoon filling. On top of the filling, lay two fried wontons.<\/p>\n<p>When the cheese has fully melted and the bread is golden, use a spatula to assemble the pieces of bread together.
