Photo: Fox Chapel Publishing<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"recipe-card\"><\/p>\n<h3>Slim Shady Supreme Grilled Cheese<\/h3>\n<p class=\"servings\">Makes 1 serving<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6 large pepperoni slices<\/li>\n<li>2 slices hearty white sourdough bread (use a thick bread to support the weight of the spaghetti)<\/li>\n<li>6 slices provolone cheese<\/li>\n<li>1\u20131 1\/2 cups spaghetti with meat sauce<\/li>\n<li>Crushed red pepper flakes<\/li>\n<li>Parmesan cheese (for garnish)<\/li>\n<li>Melted butter (for cooking)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Heat the griddle to 325\u00b0F.<\/p>\n<p>Place the pepperoni slices on the griddle or in the pan and cook until they are brown and crispy around the edges. Remove from heat and place on a paper towel to drain.<\/p>\n<p>Warm up the spaghetti and set it aside.<\/p>\n<p>Using a pastry brush, butter one side of each slice of bread. Place the buttered sides down on the griddle. Put three slices of provolone cheese on each slice of bread.<\/p>\n<p>When the cheese starts to melt, place all the pepperoni on one slice of bread. On top of the pepperoni, spread the spaghetti. It doesn\u2019t have to be neat\u2014let it fall over the sides of the bread. Sprinkle the spaghetti with crushed red pepper flakes.<\/p>\n<p>When the bread is golden brown and the cheese has melted, use a sturdy spatula to put one half on top of the other.<\/p>\n<p>Remove the sandwich from the pan carefully\u2014it will be heavy!
