Photo: Fox Chapel Publishing<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"recipe-card\"><\/p>\n<h3>Deviled Bacon Grilled Cheese<\/h3>\n<p class=\"servings\">Makes 1 serving<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 slices sourdough bread<\/li>\n<li>2 slices American cheese<\/li>\n<li>2 slices cheddar cheese<\/li>\n<li>3\u20134 slices bacon, cooked<\/li>\n<li>2 deviled egg halves, chopped<\/li>\n<li>Durkee\u00ae Sweet Heat seasoning blend or similar (for garnish)<\/li>\n<li>Melted butter (for cooking)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Heat the griddle to 350\u00b0F.<\/p>\n<p>Using a pastry brush, butter one side of each slice of bread. Place the buttered sides down on the griddle. Put a slice of American cheese and a slice of cheddar cheese on each slice of bread. On one bread slice, add 3\u20134 slices of cooked bacon, then add two chopped deviled egg halves on top of the bacon.<\/p>\n<p>When the bread is golden brown and the cheese has melted, use a spatula to put the halves of the sandwich together.<\/p>\n<p>Remove the sandwich from the griddle and sprinkle with Sweet Heat seasoning blend.<\/p>\n<p><\/div>\n<p class=\"author-credit\">Images courtesy of Fox Chapel Publishing.
