Photo: James Stefiuk<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"recipe-card\"><\/p>\n<h3>Quick and Easy Shrimp Boil<\/h3>\n<p class=\"servings\">Makes 1 serving<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 cup chicken broth<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon minced garlic<\/li>\n<li>2 medium red potatoes, quartered<\/li>\n<li>1 medium ear corn, husked<\/li>\n<li>1 (3-ounce) link andouille sausage, cut into 4 pieces on the bias<\/li>\n<li>1\u20442 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning<\/li>\n<li>1 cup peeled and deveined extra-large shrimp<\/li>\n<li>3 tablespoons butter, melted<\/li>\n<li>1\u20442 medium lemon, for serving<\/li>\n<li>1\u20444 teaspoon dried oregano<\/li>\n<li>1\u20444 teaspoon dried parsley<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley<\/li>\n<li>1\u20442 cup uncooked egg noodles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To the Instant Pot\u00ae, add broth and garlic. Add the trivet.<\/p>\n<p>Add potatoes, corn, and sausage, then sprinkle Old Bay seasoning over everything.<\/p>\n<p>Close the lid; turn the knob to Sealing.<\/p>\n<p>Press Manual or Pressure Cook button and adjust time to 3 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>When the timer beeps, immediately turn the knob from Sealing to Venting, then remove the lid.<\/p>\n<p>Add shrimp, stir, then immediately replace the lid and wait 5\u20138 minutes until the shrimp is pink and cooked through.<\/p>\n<p>To serve, remove everything to a large bowl and serve with a side of butter, lemon, and sprinkle of parsley.<\/p>\n<p><\/div>\n<p class=\"author-credit\">Excerpted from The \u201c<em>I Love My Instant Pot\u00ae\u201d Cooking for One Recipe Book<\/em> by Lisa Childs.
