Bring to a boil over high heat, then add broccolini. Boil 2 minutes, then drain and rinse with cool water. Drain again.<\/p>\n<p>Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat. Saute broccolini for 2 minutes, stirring often. Add garlic, hot sauce, and vinegar and saute 2 minutes more.<\/p>\n<p>Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds and remaining 1\u20442 teaspoon salt.
