Slice bread lengthwise and crosswise without cutting through the bottom; stuff cheese mixture evenly into cuts. Sprinkle with salt and oregano. Wrap foil around bread and seal edges.<\/p>\n<p>Place in a foil pan and set the whole thing on a cooking rack over hot coals.
