Thinly slice with a mandoline.<\/p>\n<p>Using a sharp knife, remove the peel and membranes from grape- fruit and slice into pieces.<\/p>\n<p>In a large bowl, whisk together oil, lemon juice, honey, table salt, and pepper. Add fennel, grapefruit, arugula, and Parmesan. Toss to combine.
