Cover and refrigerate until flavors have blended, at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours.\nFor the shrimp<\/p>\n<p>Adjust oven rack 3 inches from broiler element and heat broiler. (If necessary, set upside-down rimmed baking sheet on oven rack to get closer to broiler element.) Combine salt, coriander, pepper, sugar, and cayenne in large bowl. Pat shrimp dry with paper towels, add to bowl and toss with oil and spice mixture.<\/p>\n<p>Spread half of shrimp in single layer on rimmed baking sheet Broil shrimp until opaque and edges begin to brown, about 6 \u00adminutes. Transfer shrimp to serving platter and cover to keep warm. Repeat with remaining shrimp; transfer to platter.
