Add the avocado slices to each plate; squeeze half the lime over the top.<\/p>\n<p>Quarter the remaining half lime and add a wedge to each plate. Serve the remaining a\u00efoli on the side.<\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>For the Aioli<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 garlic cloves, sliced<\/li>\n<li>1 avocado, halved, pitted, flesh scooped out<\/li>\n<li>One 5.3 ounce container plain Greek yogurt (about 2\/3 cup)\/li&gt;<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup mayonnaise<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro<\/li>\n<li>Grated zest of 1 lime<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon fresh lime juice<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon or thyme<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Crush the garlic with a mortar and pestle to form a creamy paste. Combine the garlic with the avocado in a small bowl. Mash the avocado and mix to combine. Add the yogurt, mayonnaise, cilantro, lime zest and juice, and tarragon. Whisk until well blended. This can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
