Add the orecchiette with a good pinch of salt and cook according to the packet instructions until al dente (usually about 10 minutes).<\/p>\n<p>In the meantime, heat the olive oil in non-stick frying pan over a medium heat and add the garlic and a good pinch of salt and pepper. Add the chili and the chopped tomatoes. Stir well and, just as the garlic starts to color, add the anchovies and stir to combine. Set aside.<\/p>\n<p>Two minutes before the pasta is ready, add the rapini to the pasta to cook. Once cooked, drain the pasta and rapini, then add it to the sauce and toss to coat over a high heat. Garnish with the parsley and an extra drizzle of olive oil.
