Toss well. Drizzle with the lemon juice and olive oil and season with the salt (if using). Toss again gently until all the ingredients are well coated. Serve immediately. The salad will keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.<\/p>\n<p>NOTES: This recipe is gluten-free.\nAccording to the CDC, the warm, humid conditions needed to grow sprouts are also ideal for germs to grow, so it\u2019s very important to handle raw sprouts carefully to avoid food poisoning.
