Whisk to combine. Set aside.<\/p>\n<p>In a small bowl, add banana, milk, honey, egg, and vanilla. Whisk to combine. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and use a spatula to mix until just combined, about ten strokes. Do not overmix.<\/p>\n<p>Transfer batter to prepared pan.
