Add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds, until fragrant and just starting to brown around the edges. Add the chard and a good pinch of salt, and saut\u00e9 for another 5 minutes or until the chard is wilted.<\/p>\n<p>Make four wells in the chard. Fill each well with just under a teaspoon of the remaining olive oil and crack in 1 egg. Season with salt and pepper, cover with a lid (it can be from another pot or pan; just try to find one that fits), and cook over medium-low heat for 4 to 6 minutes, until the whites are just set.<\/p>\n<p>Transfer to plates and garnish with the feta and the dill, if using.
