In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, feta, spinach, garlic, red pepper flakes, and salt until well combined. Place 1 tablespoon of mixture in center of each phyllo cup. Place cups in air fryer basket. Cook 7 minutes, until cups are browned and spinach mixture is bubbling.
