Place ingredients in screw-top jar; shake well.<\/p>\n<p>Place oranges in large bowl with remaining ingredients and dressing; toss gently to combine. Season to taste.<\/p>\n<p>Manchego cheese is a sharp, firm Spanish cheese. It can be found in most specialty food stores and delicatessens.
