Steam, covered in the microwave, for 2 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Mix the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic, and nutmeg in a small bowl.<\/p>\n<p>Lightly spray a 7-inch pizza pan with oil.<\/p>\n<p>Add the egg and milk mixture to the pan. Top with cooked spinach, peppers, sausage, and cheese.<\/p>\n<p>Lightly mix to incorporate in the egg.<\/p>\n<p>Place the pan in the air fryer basket.
