Italian seasoning<\/li>\n<li>Salt and pepper, to taste<\/li>\n<li>8 oz. marinara sauce<\/li>\n<li>Parmesan or mozzarella cheese, to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>On a stovetop, cook the ground beef and onion. Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Add marinara sauce to the ground beef. Stir to coat.<\/p>\n<p>Cut zucchinis in half lengthwise. Carve out the seeds and some flesh to make room for the mixture.<\/p>\n<p>Place zucchini in an air fryer basket. Sprinkle with salt and lightly spray with oil.<\/p>\n<p>Air fry at 380\u00b0F\/193\u00b0C for 10 minutes or until soft. Remove some of the excess moisture with a paper towel.<\/p>\n<p>Spoon the marinara ground beef mixture into each zucchini.
