Stir in the oats and cook, stirring frequently, until the oats have softened, about 1 minute. Stir in the oyster sauce to evenly combine. Cover and set aside.<\/p>\n<p>To serve, divide the oats among 4 individual bowls. Top each with a fried egg and a driz-zle of chili oil. If you\u2019ve had time to prep garnishes, add the scallions and fresh cilantro.<\/p>\n<p><strong>KYLIE\u2019S KITCHEN NOTE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To fry eggs, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. When the oil sizzles, crack the eggs into the pan. Cook until the yolks are set\nand the edges are crisp, 3 to 4 minutes. You can cover the pan so the eggs will steam more quickly if you\u2019re in a rush.
