Set aside.<\/p>\n<p>In a saucepan, heat oil to 370\u00b0F. Fry wonton wrappers until golden brown and puffy, about 1 to 2 minutes. Drain on paper towels and set aside.<\/p>\n<p>Prepare Mustard Mayonnaise Dressing: In a bowl, whisk mayonnaise, mustard, soy sauce, canola oil, Worcestershire sauce, and juice until smooth.<\/p>\n<p>Dress salad with Mustard Mayonnaise Dressing<\/p>\n<p>Top with fried wonton wrappers<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note: <\/strong>If you have any leftovers, you can store them in a closed container refrigerated for up to two weeks.<\/p>\n<p><\/div>\n<p class=\"author-credit\">Excerpted from\u00a0 Citrus Illustrated by George Geary.
