Fall Films 2015<\/h4>\n

Here are five great reasons to get off the couch, turn off Netflix or Amazon Prime, and head to the movie theatre for popcorn and a great flick.<\/p>\n

1. Romance: The Intern (Warner Brothers)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Academy Award winners, Robert De Niro (Raging Bull<\/em>, Silver Linings Playbook<\/em>) and Anne Hathaway (Les Mis\u00e9rables<\/em>, The Devil Wears Prada<\/em>) star together in Warner Bros. Pictures\u2019 The Intern. Oscar-nominated and award-winning filmmaker Nancy Meyers (It\u2019s Complicated<\/em>, Something\u2019s Gotta Give<\/em>, Private Benjamin<\/em> is directing the comedy from her own screenplay.<\/p>\n

De Niro stars as Ben Whittaker, a 70-year-old widower who has discovered that retirement isn\u2019t all it\u2019s cracked up to be. Seizing an opportunity to get back in the game, he becomes a senior intern at an online fashion site, founded and run by Jules Ostin (Hathaway).<\/p>\n

The film\u2019s multi-generational cast also features Rene Russo (Thor<\/em>), Anders Holm (Workaholics<\/em>), Andrew Rannells (Girls<\/em>), Adam Devine (Pitch Perfect<\/em>), Celia Weston (No Reservations<\/em>), Nat Wolff (The Fault in Our Stars<\/em>), Linda Lavin (Wanderlust<\/em>), Zack Pearlman (The Inbetweeners<\/em>), newcomer Jason Orley, and Christina Scherer (Living with Uncle Charlie<\/em>).<\/p>\n

2. Take the Grandkids: The Good Dinosaur (Pixar, Walt Disney Studios)<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Good Dinosaur<\/em> asks the question: What if the asteroid that forever changed life on Earth missed the planet completely and giant dinosaurs never became extinct? Pixar Animation Studios takes you on an epic journey into the world of dinosaurs where an Apatosaurus named Arlo makes an unlikely human friend. While traveling through a harsh and y=mysterious landscape, Arlo learns the power of confronting his fears and discovers what he is truly capable of.<\/p>\n

3.Action\/Thriller: Bridge of Spies (Walt Disney Studios) <\/strong><\/p>\n

A Steven Spielberg Cold War drama and thriller starring Tom Hanks and Alan Alda, Bridge of Spies<\/em> is set against the backdrop of a series of historic events, Bridge of Spies<\/em> tells the story of James Donovan (Hanks), a Brooklyn lawyer who finds himself thrust into the center of the Cold War when the CIA sends him on the near-impossible task to negotiate the release of a captured American U-2 pilot. Screenwriters Matt Charman and Ethan Coen & Joel Coen have woven this remarkable experience in Donovan\u2019s life into a story inspired by true events that captures the essence of a man who risked everything and vividly brings his personal journey to life.<\/p>\n

Ridley Scott screen version of Andy Weir\u2019s novel. During a manned mission to Mars, Astronaut Mark Watney (Matt Damon) is presumed dead after a fierce storm and left behind by his crew. With only meager supplies, he must draw upon his ingenuity, wit and spirit to subsist and find a way to signal to Earth that he is alive. Millions of miles away, NASA and a team of international scientists work tirelessly to bring \u201cthe Martian\u201d home, while his crewmates concurrently plot a daring, if not impossible rescue mission.
