Photo: Bill Milne<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"recipe-card\"><\/p>\n<h3>Whole Berry Gelatin<\/h3>\n<p class=\"servings\">Makes 9 servings<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 cup whole berries (You can use one type or a mix)<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup cold water<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons (2 pouches\/envelopes) natural gelatin<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup hot water (near boiling)(1 lemon)<\/li>\n<li>1\u2153 cups unsweetened berry juice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Arrange the cut fruit or berries on the bottom of an 8-inch (20-cm) square heatproof glass pan, or something similar in size.<\/p>\n<p>In a medium bowl, pour in the cold water. Sprinkle the powdered gelatin evenly over the water and soften for about eight minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Whisk in the hot water until the gelatin is dissolved and fully incorporated.<\/p>\n<p>Quickly whisk in the juice.<\/p>\n<p>Gently, so as not to disrupt the berries, pour the mixture over the fruit.
