Photo: Donal Skehan<\/p><\/p>\n<div class=\"recipe-card\"><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">Post-Workout Omelet<\/h3>\n<p class=\"servings\" style=\"text-align: center;\">Makes 4 servings<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>2 teaspoons canola or vegetable oil<\/li>\n<li>2 to 3 small stalks rainbow chard with leaves, roughly chopped<\/li>\n<li>1 garlic clove, finely minced<\/li>\n<li>3 large free-range eggs<\/li>\n<li>1\/ 3 cup feta cheese<\/li>\n<li>\u00be cup cherry tomatoes, halved<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds<\/li>\n<li>Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Heat 1 teaspoon of the oil in a large, nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat and fry the chard until it is tender. When the chard is ready, stir in the garlic and continue to fry for another minute. Season to taste and transfer to a plate.<\/p>\n<p>Whisk the eggs in a bowl until combined and season with salt and pepper.<\/p>\n<p>Place the pan back on the heat with the remaining teaspoon of oil. Pour in the eggs and allow them to set briefly before swirling with a spatula.
