Remove and set aside.<\/p>\n<p>Season veal with salt and pepper. Saute the veal quickly in the same pan as for mushrooms until brown. Remove the veal and set aside. Add the brandy and reduce by half while scraping up brown bits from pan. Return the veal to the skillet, add water and simmer about 3 or 4 minutes or until the veal is tender. Return mushrooms to the pan. Add the mushrooms. Season to taste with salt and pepper.<\/p>\n<p>Transfer to a serving plate.
