Add the beef, pars\u00acley, breadcrumbs, garlic, salt, and cheese and mix all together with your hands. Gradually add in the water and continue to mix.<\/p>\n<p>Roll each meatball into the size of a golf ball. Place in a baking pan 1-inch apart and bake for 30\u201340 minutes. Remove meatballs and place on wire rack and allow to cool for at least 15\u201320 minutes.
