Whisk together to get a smooth batter.<\/p>\n<p>Stir in the scallions.<\/p>\n<p>Heat a lightly oiled nonstick griddle or wide skillet. When nice and hot, ladle the batter onto the skillet in 1\/4-cup quantities. If the batter doesn\u2019t spread nicely, add a little more water and whisk to combine. Cook the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
