Season chicken thighs with 1\/2 teaspoon salt. Cook, skin side down, 6 to 8 minutes or until browned; transfer to foil-lined baking sheet, skin side up. Bake 15 minutes or until cooked through (165\u00b0F).<\/p>\n<p>To same skillet on medium, add shallots. Cook 2 minutes. Add white wine, dried rosemary, and 1\/4 teaspoon salt. Simmer 2 minutes, scraping up browned bits.<\/p>\n<p>Whisk in sour cream and chicken broth.<\/p>\n<p>Serve chicken with sauce; garnish with snipped chives.<\/p>\n<p>The shallots add a distinctive flavor, but if you don\u2019t have any on hand you can use 1\nsmall onion and a clove of garlic, and cook for 5 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><\/div>\n<p class=\"author-credit\">Reprinted with permission from Good Housekeeping Chicken! \u00a9 2019 Hearst Magazine Media, Inc.. with Sterling Publishing Co., Inc.
